Ara's Mother UNFINISHED

Elveanen is her name. (Elvea=starlike, Nen=water).

She's a high-elf and because she is a high-elf, she has some powers. her power is the ability to control weather to a certain extent. she can call up fog, mist, and clouds. thats it.
ara also has those powers, but since she's a few hundred years younger than her mother, she needs to work a little harder to be able to develop these abilities.
